Facilities are perfect, plenty of space and the room was amazing

Room was a good size, clean, quiet and functional. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was fine for an overnight between flights.

Despite being an airport hotel with a free shuttle, it was more complex to access than we had hoped. The airport hotel shuttle only services the Domestic terminal. So exhausted international travellers like us have to take another shuttle bus to the Domestic terminal then drag cases down to another area and wait there for the hotel bus. This whole process took around one and a half hours from exiting arrivals.

Great experience at the Hilton Atlanta Airport! All of the staff are friendly, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to John, the baggage porter who assisted me during my recent stay. He not only carried all of my luggage from my car to my room, but he did so with incredible efficiency, friendliness, and a positive attitude that was truly contagious. I arrived a bit stressed and grumpy about the upcoming ice rain, but John’s upbeat attitude and thoughtful approach completely shifted my perspective. He made the effort to make my day brighter, and it reminded me how much attitude can influence your experience. It’s not often I encounter someone who combines professionalism with genuine warmth, and John is a perfect example. He’s clearly an asset to the Hilton team.

Very friendly staff, especially the porter, John, who met me at the entrance. Room was clean and nice. Have stayed here previously and will continue to do so when flying out of Atlanta.

Staff was awesome! View was spectacular! The bar was great - the "Just Peachy" was my favorite!

Bed was a little lumpy, like there was an indentation from several people sleeping on it. Just needs to be turned over.
