La comida servida en uno de los restaurantes; no sé si fue el horario que fui, pero estaba vacío, no había disponible todo lo que estaba en el menú y tardó mucho en servirse. Además, los precios son muy elevados para el tipo de comida que sirven. No estuvo mal, pero esperaba algo más elevado tratándose de un Hilton.

pour une nuit c'est top ! il y a tout sur place pour manger boire un verre et la chambre est tres bien. faudrait un peu revoir les équipements de la salle de bain qui sont un peu vieux

My experience was everything and my host Mr. John Stegall was the absolute best! Very good customer service skills and he made my wife and I feel at home! He went above and beyond

Dinner at the restaurant was fine, albeit, pretty expensive for two cocktails and two burgers. Server was great. Public spaces seemed clean and attractive. Room (1511) needs attention regarding general maintenance. Seemed clean, but furnishings are tired and beat up. Visible scuffs, bad patch jobs, etc. Water pressure in shower was good. The AC / Heat was HORRIBLE. It would go no lower than 72 degrees, thus very warm and moist feeling. We had to pull the covers off and slept on top of the sheets...and sweated. We had an early morning flight and had to get up early, but barely got a wink. I put on my clothes and walked downstairs just to go outsidet and get some fresh cool air. We did not contact Front Desk as they would have likely moved us and we were simply too exhausted, unpacked, and just ready for sleep. The early morning airport shuttle driver was a nice gentleman, but the "line-up" was a bit of a "cattle call". We were told by the Front Desk, to wait near the front doors at the top of the hour (4am), but no reservation or sign-up list. We were first to arrive at 3:40am and waited. Other guests started arriving closer to 4am, and then it became a "survival of the fittest" when the late arriving guests cut in front of those waiting to get on the shuttle. This was NOT good! A family of 4 was left standing at the curb because the shuttle (12 seats) was filled. Had we not gotten on, we easily could have have been late, or missed our flight. First shuttle was at 4am, but perhaps during holidays, add shuttle times earlier.
