"Wonderful stay/staff"

I have stayed at this resort for 10 years now. I am lucky enough to make friends with the staff. Lucy/Jessica at the Starbucks are so incredibly friendly! I enjoy greeting them each morning as they make my perfect coffee ☕️ the coffee recommendations have been amazing 🎉

"Palm trees and vibes"

The palm trees around the property are incredible and create such a nice ambience. They have two large pools, I stayed on the first floor and really enjoyed the patio facing this big lawn area. They have all kinds of games to play like ping-pong, ringtones, cornhole, volleyball, which is so fun. The people on property are so nice and helpful, Andrea B. was our server for breakfast and she was so fabulous and helpful and attentive, and Josh was our server for our dinner and he was also attentive and great to be served by. The front desk team is amazing and kind and helpful as well.

"Excellent"

I love the staff, the grounds, and the amenities. Staff customer service was amazing. Shuttle service is a huge plus.

I didn't like that our toilet wouldn't flush or barely then got stopped up. I didn't like that the rooms were dated. I didn't like that the elevator was not working.

"Dance Convention"

Stayed here for a kids dance convention. Rooms were nice though I wish more hotels would put lament flooring in versus carpet that gets covered in stains immediately. Friendly service, good breakfast, and worked well for our needs
