"A fantastic stay !"

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Our room was modern, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean—everything you hope for when you’re looking to relax. The resort itself is beautiful, and the pool area was very nice, especially at night the ambiance with the lighting was gorgeous ! One thing to note is that some rooms can be quite a distance from the main lobby, which may be a consideration for some guests. That said, Racquel at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She kindly upgraded our room, and her thoughtfulness and professionalism really stood out—it felt like true hospitality. We also had an excellent experience in the dining room, thanks to Mia M. Her customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and she made us feel very well taken care of. During our stay, there was bar service available at the pool for drinks, but guests needed to go up to the bar to order. Overall, a fantastic stay with a great team behind it. We truly appreciated the care and attention throughout our visit.

"Beautiful Hotel - 5 Star Service - Perfect Pools - Great Location"

My family and I enjoyed a spectacular week at this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food and drinks are awesome and the team is incredibly friendly. Just outside Old Town Scottsdale (hotel shuttle will take you there)..perfect location!
