It’s great only thing is that there restaurants need more vegan options they have vegan cookies at the front but no vegan meals just the fruit at buffet.

Steven is a fabulous concierge and so kind, very attentive and took the best care of us, and greg the shuttle bus driver was very helpfu too! All around a great experience!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautiful. The pool area (and pool itself) was clean, and we always got a chair. One day the pool was busy and guests who came later in the afternoon had to wait for chairs to open up, but everyone eventually found one. The staff was really nice, from the bell staff, to the front desk, to the restaurant servers and bartenders. We ate breakfast at the hotel one day, and it was yummy. We especially loved the shuttle service. It took us everywhere we wanted to go--hiking, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel is pretty central, and the shuttle takes guests to locations within two miles. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

One of the best family vacation we ever had . Everything was great ,amazing rooms, delicious food, relaxing pools , super nice people always looking to make our stay perfect . We will definitely come back to that hotel . Special thanks to Jeff who was very helpful during the week .

Spent 3 nights here. It was very busy, and the lobby has been updated. The actual hotel rooms have been updated and are clean with a mini fridge and a small coffee/tea station. We were on the first floor, with a garden view. The bathroom was not updated or clean at all. The showerhead was gross, and the ceiling had obvious water damage and a bad patch job. There was also visible black mold/dirt in the shower area. The tile floor had a few permanent dirty streaks in one area (I tried to clean them). The 2 pools are very nice, but they need more lounge chairs. They are also understaffed except at the front desk. We did not eat at the restaurant. They do offer a room 'refresh' where they make the beds and replace towels if you would like. The hotel's location is good and is only 5 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel if you get a good deal on the nightly rate.
