The property was beautiful as soon as you drive in . It felt so luxurious. The hotel itself is beautiful and smells lovely when you first walk in . The check in staff were really friendly and informative. The bartenders were great . Charlie was amazing with the drinks and food. The pool was clean and huge enough for everyone . Not overly packed . There’s a kiddie pool and a jacuzzi. Even housekeeping did amazing at bringing out extra towels quickly . We even utilized the gym it was very clean .

There is not one thing I can think of that I did not like

"Girls trip!"

Ben at the front desk and JP at the pool bar were two of the nicest people! The way they treated us like family is a lost art nowadays. Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable and kind, it truly made us feel at home. JP was the kindest, most helpful and went out of his way more than once. Everyone at the hotel was great but these are two outstanding employees who deserve to be recognized for their kindness and authentic hospitality!

Our stay was awesome What made it incredible was Gordie (Gordon) from the concierge he was so helpful and so good at making recommendations and arrangements that made our trip completely and absolutely wonderful. He’s the reason I’d go back again.
