No staff at check in and we had issues with our room we would have like resolved. They have a phone number to call but we didn’t have ability to make local calls from our cell phone. No house phone.

Absolutely nobody at the reception! A complicated, user-unfriendly, and dysfunctional self checking system is used. The telephone numbers that are supposed to help lead to an answering machine, and nobody calls back ever! The day before the checkin, the robot who seems to manage the hotel sends an unfriendly email in German only to « explain » the self check-in system. If you don’t have a computer or smartphone, or if you don’t understand German, it is your bad luck. There was no chair in the room for the small desk, and the coffee machine did not work. Smoke detectors totally absent, even in common areas, which is unsafe and illegal. This is the worst hotel we experienced during our 2-week trip in Switzerland!

Le check-in on line est un peu compliqué si on ne comprend pas bien l’Allemand.

A self-check in nem működött, nap végén fáradtan kb 35 perc volt bejutni… a megadott telefonszámok, amiken segítséget lehetett volna kérni 15x hívásra sem vették fel, soha vissza nem hívtak, hogy van-e valami gond. Egyszóval a személyzet hiànya szörnyű. A szoba amit kaptunk az utcaszinten helyezkedett el, és este 10-kor az utcán egy idős ember nekiállt baltàvla fát hasogatni… lehetetlen volt tőle aludni, minden behallatszott.

L'enregistrement par tel sur internet se fait uniquement en allemand. Pas d'enregistrement en anhlais ni en français.

Difficulté avec self Check-in, pas d’employé sur place et ce n’était pas notre langue.
