A clean, tiny app with a perfect location which is an ideal starting point to explore Ortigia and the surrounding area. Local bars restaurants, food store, railway station, Neapolis are in walking distance. Kitchenette, bathroom was absolutely okey, comfy bed. Check in and out was very straightforward and fast and the host was even flexible with the check in time. Thanks for the nice stay.

Great location. Nice set up. And helpful host.

Poor hygiene. Dirty kitchen, dirty microoven. We have all wet towels on our bed when we arrive. ‚Dry‘ towels arrive only next day but still wet. Hot shower only can lasts for 1 minute. Toilet and shower are dirty and really needs maintenance. Top floor AC cannot heat. So cold upstairs. After slept one night, both me and my mom have itchy skins.

Location is good, but honestly Ortigia is quite small so any hotel/apartment will do the job.

A thorough cleaning is needed. The place is full of moisture and mold. Full of spider nets, dust. Pots, glasses and dishes dirty…
