Palazzo Alfeo Aparthotel

We loved the location, beautiful outlook, easy to walk around the island. The staff were very friendly, helpful and communicated easily with us via WhatsApp in English which was appreciated. The apartment was spacious and clean, with no noise in the night.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to have warm water showers during our 3 night stay. We must have just been unlucky in the times we were wanting to shower, the warm water had run out. This was the only thing that was a little uncomfortable for us. However this certainly wasn’t a deal breaker given the hot summer days we were having and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again!

Incredible location, great amount of space and the terrace was terrific for sunset viewing. Staff were fabulous and super helpful.

Excellent location right on the sea with front view across the entire apartment. Clean. Excellent friendly helpful staff, especially the lady at the front desk and the cleaning staff. Room freshened every day. Fresh water, juice, coffee, stocked daily. Within walking distance to all major sites, shopping, restaurants.

Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal. A true gem!

The location with the huge terrace was amazing. Barbara was extremely welcoming and helpful for my 2 nights. I’ll be returning!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, with stunning sea views from every room. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful—assisting with our bags and offering fantastic local recommendations for food and drinks. We also loved the fresh fruit, water, and orange juice provided in the room. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic location on the waters edge with a large terrace to enjoy breakfast in the morning and sunset in the evening. The breakfast choices are excellent and you can change your choice daily. The ground floor apartment is large and the staff are very attentive & friendly.

The location right on the water in Ortigia is exceptional. The host and staff are warm and welcoming. The apartment nicely decorated and functional, special touches such as really nice coffee pods and enough milk to make a cappuccino! A fruit platter was a thoughtful touch .
