The location is great as you can walk to the shops. It is a family friendly hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff are great Special thanks to Sebastiana , viz , Tony, Eric from housekeeping. They are very efficient and also very friendly. The ladies who are always making sure breakfast goes smoothly are amazing and hardworking. Ginalyn, Julia, Tata, Amelia. Special thanks to Ginalyn who got me empry carton boxes when I requested some as we moved rooms. Fernando from maintaince fixed our dishwasher promptly...

"It was a nice stay, staff is nice, but I’m not sure we would come back."

We enjoyed the spacious room, full kitchen, and the ability to text the staff for any necessities we needed.

We didn’t like that the fire pits were turned off at 10pm. We went out one night wanting to warm up next to the fire but were informed that they couldn’t be turned back on. Also, we didn’t like that the gym wasn’t available 24/7.

"Oveall a Great Stay"

We recently stayed at this property and, overall, had a very positive experience. The staff we encountered were attentive and professional, my children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and breakfast offerings, and the location—close to a wide variety of stores—was extremely convenient. The one notable issue was with housekeeping. During our week-long stay, service occurred only once. While trash was emptied and used towels were removed, the room was not fully refreshed. Bathroom consumables were not replenished, the bathroom itself was not cleaned, the beds were not made, and the kitchen area was not serviced as outlined in the notice provided. By the end of our stay, we had run out of body wash, but given our imminent departure, it didn’t make sense to raise the concern at that time. I did report this to Hilton on April 9th and was advised that the matter would be forwarded to the property with a response expected within 2–3 days. As of now, I have not received any follow-up. Aside from this housekeeping lapse, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
