Paid Premium Prices, Received Motel-Level Service My stay was prepaid at nearly $800 for three nights, and what I’ve experienced so far is completely unacceptable; especially for a brand that markets itself at the level of Hilton Hotels & Resorts. On April 19th around 11:00 AM, I requested basic housekeeping service and was told the hotel was “full,” as if that somehow justifies denying a standard service that is expected and paid for. Occupancy has nothing to do with fulfilling routine housekeeping. That response alone reflects poor management and a lack of accountability. The issues didn’t stop there. Both phones in my room are completely non-functional. That is not an inconvenience; that is a safety failure. In any credible hotel, guests must have a reliable way to contact the front desk in an emergency. This alone should have triggered immediate corrective action. It did not. Later, I requested towels. After waiting over 30 minutes with no delivery, I followed up; only to be told staff had already come to my room. That statement was simply false. I had been present the entire time. No knock, no delivery, no attempt. As I write this, the delay exceeded 45 minutes with still no resolution. This is not a minor lapse in service. This is a pattern of negligence: Basic services denied Safety standards ignored Staff providing inaccurate information Zero urgency to resolve issues At this price point, none of this is acceptable. This experience doesn’t just fall short of expectations; it calls into question the operational standards of this property entirely. I am formally documenting this and escalating it. If it is not resolved promptly and appropriately, I will continue escalation through corporate channels and public platforms to ensure accountability.
