Hostel Fine

The location was nice, and the toilets were clean.

First of all, the air conditioner in our room was not working, which is a major disadvantage in the summer. The woman at the reception asked other hotel guests to help fix the air conditioner, and as a result, several people entered our room. Even though they were trying to help, in my opinion, it was a clear violation of boundaries, and it was not appropriate for them to come into our room. When we checked in, despite having the required entry stamps in our passports, we were told that the stamps could not be read properly and that this was a problem. However, my family arrived in Serbia by car, and all of our documents, passports, and stamps were completely valid. Since we hold Turkish passports, we believe we were subjected to discrimination. Overall, it was truly a terrible experience for us. From the moment we entered the hotel, the unfriendly attitude of the staff, the way we were treated, and the broken air conditioner all led to a horrible holiday.

Отличное расположение. Бронировали номер с собственной ванной комнатой, поэтому остались довольны. 2 большие кровати. Отдельный вход.

Ресепшн работает только с 10 утра. В номере болтался кран в умывальнике и похоже давно.
