Great location! Walking distance to everything. Great food and supermarkets around.

The lady at the counter wasn't very friendly. Actually rude. Also, location instructions can be improved for future guests. I just saw the name of the hotel by chance next to an alley and went in. Also, the door was locked from inside and no instructions on how to get in. Luckily they contact the guests via WhatsApp and that helps.

We had a nice chat with the host.

The bathroom door can't be closed. But the place wasn't busy at all.

Good location, good wifi, friendly receptionist.

No common area to socialize and no electricity near the chairs. Drop off for luggage means afterwards you cannot take a shower anymore, even if there are common showers. We had to pick up our luggage before 6PM and had a nightbus out only at midnight, meaning 6 hours walking around with a 15kg backpack. It might be better to give a key fob so guests can still enter the hostel, but not the room anymore if the reception is really limited in time.

La persona que atiende recepción hizo lo posible por que nos sintiésemos cómodos. La ubicación es buenísima.

Había estado aquí en 2018 y el hostal ha perdido muchísimo. Como en muchos negocios en los Balcanes, tienen política de mantenimiento cero, con lo que puedes encontrar agujeros en el techo del baño o perchas rotas en las duchas, lo que hace que ducharse sea un poco más incómodo tratándose de un baño compartido. Mención especial para una de nuestras dos camas, que si bien son muy vistosas, tenían colchones gastadísimos, probablemente los de 2018, y almohadas o muy altas o muy bajas. Una pena por la gente que trabaja allí, pero no volvería.
