Stay was ok but could have been better. The heater in the room did not regulate temperature. Didn’t matter what temperature was set on heater just very hot.

There aren’t very many choices in the area, so you don’t benefit from competition. It was an okay stay - nothing horrible and nothing great. We were there for three nights for a wedding at a local venue. Would stay again, but won’t have any expectations for the surroundings. The rooms were standard quality. Nice, but nothing special.

For Sullivan, IN it was located quite well. I've stayed there many times since the facility opened years ago. Close to Wal~Mart. McDonald's, Hardees, BK, and a convenience store with fuel. Two issues I have are: the evening I registered and paid cash for my four night stay upon registration, an attempt was made to charge my stay to my credit card. Additionally, I had to pay a $50.00 deposit (cash) upon registration for damages, because I paid cash in advance for the stay. The requirement to pay this this damage deposit needs to be made known to the guest(s) when their reservations are made.

They are trying to renovate slowly. We. Put our medicos in a ref. When I opened it up it was snowball of ice They need to do more update with bed covers and entry

Only thing not good was room was about 80 degrees when we first arrived - took about an hour to cool down - otherwise just fine
