There was no continental breakfast

Everything was fine until we arrived in our room.

The stay was exactly what was needed. Thank you for minimal intrusion and the quiet comfort.

Overall was good

Nothing special. Was very acceptable.

Not too bad, but the rooms could use a remodeling looks like they are a bit old

Not on the main highway. Poor signage difficult to find.

The Front Desk staff does not actually speak. We had interactions with two different people - at night check in and in the morning, and it was purely transactional. No smile, no hello, just business. As for facility - there was a hair on the shower wall, the cereal was stale, and the $10 pet fee on the website was actually $15.

I booked a room with a garden tub and king bed, upon arrival I got a room with a queen bed and it smelled of cigarettes, when I asked to change rooms the desk person came to my room and smelled and stated “I don’t smell anything” I told him that I in fact do smell cigarettes and that I wanted a different room. He put me across the hall in a room that the air did not work well in and it was 80 degrees in almost all night. I will not be staying there ever again.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close for us to drive to a family funeral. The hotel itself was clean. Carpet in halls, worn but had been vacuumed. Appears to have an updated painting in hall and rooms. Room was clean. Bed comfortable . I would have given 5 for room, but there was an upholstered chair that was tacky and dirty. Needs to be thrown away. Check in was good, he was not overly friendly but efficient. We would stay here again if the need arose.
