Our trip so far has been absolutely amazing and we haven’t even been here for more than 2 hours. Cara at the front desk was absolutely exceptional and even walked us outside to show us how to get to the beach. Rob made a fantastic piña colada‘s and gave us suggestions for nightlife. Tyler and Ryan provided amazing beach service leaving chairs out on the beach, cleaning up trash nearby. Everyone has been so friendly and kind the staff member specifically we have enjoyed.

Wonderful job on the renovations. Pool area has a massive dead palm tree. Landscaping was partially mulched near the front of the hotel but not over by the suite areas as if they were short on money or time. Certainly not up to what we expected. Finish the job guys.

Just from start to finish the trip was incredible and largely due to the staff. We arrived after a grueling travel day absolutely wrecked, hours later than expected. Katelynne checked us in so quickly and patiently explained things. It stood out because I was zoned out and ruder than I would have liked to been and she remained just so sweet. We went to the pool thinking we were going to be greeted by staff as tired as us just trying to finish a shift, but Ryan made sure we were able to get a least a pool jump in and was just so professional and sweet. The next day we get to the gorgeous pool with all the holiday weekend decorations. Erica on the mceeing not only entertained and drew some kids away from the pool, but made us adults feel like we were on a cruise ship in the best possible way. No trip complete without a drink, and Nolan at the bar was THE best bartender. Our rooms were gorgeous, the fans alone worth a rebook, and Rosa did an Amazing job ensuring our rooms were clean and inviting. The entire staff just went above and beyond to make this a truly wonderful vacation. They’re the reason we’ll be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

Been an amazing weekend. Marriott was amazing, food drinks, coconut and visor painting. Erica was amazing!!

Tired resort, bar outside was good, Adam and Nolan but worn out. Rooms outdated, putting a flat screen into a room doesn’t mean you updated the room. Food was C-, towels were so worn out and tired, I’m a towel guy! Wipe my night stand and leave a hair that probably isn’t mine is not attention to detail. Lack of knowledge about surrounding area wasn’t helpful, yeah, skip it, go up the road to a better hotel!
