Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort & Beach Villas, Golf & Marina

The property had a fantastic view of the ocean and everything is so easy to find restaurant. It’s a great resort.

I wish they will remove the carpets because he’s very old and he does bring dust. I am very allergic on that in my husband also.

they send me a lot of emails to upgrade my stay , I reserve breakfast to an extra cost. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation in spite of given them all my confirmation number and showing them the receipt from my payment. We were 5 rooms , I spent almost 1 hour, the first women was very unfriendly, then came another one who was nice and give us complimentary breakfast cards because all the problems, and every time she was marking that it was complimentary, the following morning the front manager remember me that I had reserved the breakfast, I mentioned him that the front girl gave us complimentary but he cashed the Breakfast , I send him several messages he never answer me !

Wonderful especially because of the staffer Tyler Herath who is so pleasant and accommodating it really makes the visit fabulous!

Where it was located.

The villa was spacious and had a great view of the ocean; big TVs; comfortable bed; free parking. Staff was friendly & supportive to our needs when there were a few things not working in our villa. They sent maintenance quickly to correct what they could.

Front desk was hard to locate via GPS for check-in. There were two entrances that we saw but did not see an office sign. There were several issues with the villa initially but when I contacted the front desk, they sent a maintenance technician who was able to correct most of them promptly. He was very courteous & helpful. So was the front desk & manager who took care of us.
