Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort & Beach Villas, Golf & Marina

This was my second stay here, once in the beach towers, once in the main hotel. It's dated and very muggy in the room even when ac is on and not raining, much worse when raining. Hair in the shower upon arrival. Slipped and fell on the slippery walkway in the rain. Beds are very uncomfortable and the noise above when you'e on a main floor is very noticeable, especially in the evening and night. While the front desk agent that checked me in was very nice, one of the best, I was told something different by each person I encountered about how the resort credit that came with my booking worked. I went to use it the third day, after being confirmed on how it worked by one agent at the counter, to be told by another one that went to check me out that it didn't apply as stated to the food/drinks in the gift shop. All three agents I've encountered on this stay have told me something different and yet another thing by the server at the restaurant. Overall, we come to the area frequently for work and though I decided to try this place again, I will avoid it in the future. It's worth a drive to go elsewhere to a better Marriott.

Erica was amazing making sure all the kids activities went off without a hitch. Very talented with kids face painting too!

Rooms all need repairs no ceiling fan. Pictures on internet are nothing like the property
