Very friendly staff. I really mean that.F.ex. at night could byu a little bottle of wine to get me to sleep. And helped to really nice restaurants. Just loed it! Location a little bit hard for me to find, but the locals helped me in my walking tour.

I've read some of the reviews around here and it seems that the personnel doesn't even bother too read them or do anything about them. First thing are the lights more like the lack of lights. Two shady red lamps and 1 weak light on the cealing that doesn't even work properly unless you jiggle it a bit right or left to hit the right spot it works. The towel hanger still drops when you use it. I tried to shut the door of the shower and I found myself with the door handle in my hand. There is too much heat in the room no way to turn it off. If you try to open the window that faces the indoor of the hotel the cigarette smoke overwhelms you. The radiator in the bathroom doesn't work, In room 202 at least. The bedsheets had a lot of stains and the covers some dubious smell. All and all don't recommend it only if it is your last resort.

I'm afraid that I wouldn't visit Hotel Tranzzit again in a hurry. We arrived late on a Sunday night to be told by the receptionist that there wasn't anywhere in the area where we could eat and our only option would be to order a pizza online. This was not an easy task but we managed it. When we left the hotel the next day we found a Kebab shop 2 mins round the corner and a steak house 10 mins from the hotel so that was pretty annoying. The room was warm but too warm in fact! Tried to put air con on but it was very noisy. Tried to open window but the noise from outside was really loud. Light in bathroom and two side lights didn't work. Lights that did work weren't very good. The red lampshades made it look like the red light district. Handrail in the bathroom fell off. The shower didn't have a hook to place the shower head, so I had to hold the shower while washing my hair which was annoying. Reception will provide you with a hairdryer but it's only a small one and over heats and stops working after 2 mins. Our room was never cleaned and we never received fresh towels. The bed was very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress. The breakfast is very basic. The area isn't great. I never felt unsafe but it's very quiet and there isn't much to do in the area. Walking back to the hotel from the Metro every night I never saw one person which I thought was odd. The hotel was very clean.

Basic hotel (probably is best a Hostel) with many basic service. Good to be near University. Basic breakfast in a minimal space. Large room, basic clothes. No service provided and no change bed clothes or do the bed or change towels,

we were at the hotel for 4 nights, the cleaning lady did not clean the house once in our room. We asked for clean towels, we got old towels, which had holes in it. we asked for 2 extra pillows, we got one because there was no other. breakfast was a unitless. Just don`t go there.

Excellent large rooms with great location, near train station, bus stops and nice neighborhood. Staff super-helpful and friendly. We arrived really late and they were so nice and helpful and didn't mind we arrived in the middle of the night. Highly recommended.

We arrived in Bucharest, Romania in the late evening and I must say I didn't like the area at all - the area was lower class like but once I saw it in the daytime, I changed my mind. The cons were there were no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor (which is really the 4th floor in European hotels) so I was not a fan of having to walk up the steps several times a day. Also, there wasn't an in-room safe but you could leave your valuables at the front desk. The hotel was nice and clean - the staff was nice but we did have a some language difficulties but they did their best. The breakfast which was included was very minimal and they allow guests to smoke in the room where the food was so it was pretty gross to go get food in a smoke filled room - that was a huge turnoff for us. Really good restaurant down the street from the hotel.

It is a very new hotel located close to the main train station of the city and 20 minutes walk to the city centre. People at the front desk were kind and very helpful. It is very clean and the rooms aré big enough. They have a small breakfast that you appreciate a lot when you do not have time to look for one place for having breakfast. Quality-price relation is the best.
