The room I had did not have working electrical outlets or bedside lamp or the AC. Moving to a new room requires so much negotiation and staff was not helpful.

The rooms were quite dirty. The bottom of my feet looked like fred flintstone after my stay. Aside from cleanliness, the area was very nice.

Nothing special, but clean.

2 time there in the same room same problem as last time air don't work

Hotel is a little dated. Needs a update

I slipped and fell in the bathroom that had a wet floor by the bar. was injured and the manger Melissa was the rudest most dismissive person I have encountered in a long time. she was telling me it was my fault I feel because I was not careful. "well it was a freaking accident! what do you expect me to do about it!" this is what i was told. I normally frequent this property and becasue of her I will never return

We had issue with our AC. We called someone and they sent maintenance up at 9 pm. He juggled a few things and said ok. It was a miserable nights sleep we had a race we were running the next morning so after the race when we came back the room was miserable so we called yet again and they said we will send someone up when they get to work. We asked for another room and after an hour of complaining we were switched to another room

I have to change room 2 times. First the A/C didn’t work and then the toilet was clogged and no one came to unclog it. Didn’t feel clean

Very dated

Terrible experience! The air conditioning in our room was not working so we complained at the front desk. The lady said she is sending someone to fix it, but no one came. We couldn’t sleep all night due to this. Next day when I told them during checkout that no one came to fix it, the lady just said ‘OK’. No apologies whatsoever. The toilet was broken and kept wobbling and the washroom was dirty too.
