IMLAUER Palais Mirabell - Hotel am Mirabellplatz

Wir waren schon am Vormittag da und unser eigentliches Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat dann kurz nachgeschaut und uns ein kostenloses Up Grate gegeben und wir durften schon auf unser Zimmer. Die neuen Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet auch wie alles andere im Haus. Das Frühstück war Mega. Das Essen in der Brasserie war auch hervorragend.

Der Leiter der Brasserie, war mir gegenüber nicht so sehr freundlich. Mein Mann und ich waren zum Essen und Abends noch auf ein Getränk. Er hat nur mit meinem Mann gesprochen mir ist er ins Wort gefallen und es kamen immer wieder leichte Frauenfeindliche Sprüche.... Schade .....

I enjoyed a four night stay at this excellent hotel on a recent visit to Salzburg. As has been mentioned, the hotel is currently being refurbished but that did not detract from my experience. The team are friendly and helpful. Particular praise to the excellent Semr who expertly hosted the impressive breakfast. Although I was allocated an “old” room, it was spacious and immaculately maintained. The hotel is in a great location from which to explore the city and I would certainly return on any future visit to the city.

Information about Salzburg was appreciiated when we arrived.

The hotel was well located. A short walk to the train station and the old town. Just across the street from Mirabell Gardens. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The newly renovated rooms were very nice. The family room was spacious and comfortable for 3.
