IMLAUER Palais Mirabell - Hotel am Mirabellplatz

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer neu ausgestattet, gute Lage.

Ich mag keine Glastüren, bei der Abtrennung zwischen Bad/Toilette und Zimmer. Keine Abluft im innenliegenden Bad. Keine Parkplätze, kein Fitnessraum.

We really like the nicely appointed and renovated rooms. The location is great; we were right across the street from Mirabelle Gardens and only a short walk to the river and Old Town.

Das erste Mal seit der Renovierung und ich muss sagen - absolut top! Zimmer sehr schön, Klimaanlage hat bestens funktioniert; das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, insbesondere im Frühstücksraum; Auswahl beim Frühstück ebenfalls top mit frischen Eigerichten, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft etc . - absolute Empfehlung!

Einzig eine Garage direkt beim Hotel fehlt, aber das ist auch bei vergleichbaren Hotels in Salzburg schwierig zu bekommen

Have stayed many times at this hotel. Whilst this hotel has been recently renovated, the renovations were not complete which meant no breakfast dining available. Yes, our room was new, neat, spacious and comfortable but I feel that since the hotel has been renovated - it has lost some of its charm and is now just one of many hotels similar. There is nothing that makes it stand out from the crowd. It is perfectly located and the staff are always so friendly, approachable and willing to help. The shower / bathroom was very good but as with most hotels there is never enough room to dry towels. They always want you to hang up and re-use but there is never enough space to hang towels up. Whilst I will always choose this hotel to stay in when visiting Salzburg - it is certainly not what it used to be and I agree it was previously dated and needed a revamp - it has gone too far. But overall, very comfortable stay with the same great staff although now in official uniforms.

The hotel is now a "stock standard" hotel, with dull brown reception foyer.
