I used to live there when it was a boarding house in the 80s

Room and staff was average at best The door didn’t really fit on the door frame. Light was constantly coming in from around the door frame. Made it hard to sleep at night. Also when i first checked in i saw that the door latch lock was not there. I let the front desk know and they said we will check ln it. Nothing was ever done. On my last night I asked for a late check-out and was told sure to a 2:00 check out. The last day at 12:00 i had a knock on the door asking me why I was still there and I said i have a late check out. 20 minutes layer someone else knocked on my door asking the same thing with my same response. Then the front desk called telling me I had to get out of the room asap. The manager told me that late checkout is not guaranteed and i had to leave. I had to pack, shower, and get out. Very disappointing. I stayed over 30 nights at Marriots last year and have never been treated in this manner. Very disappointing.

Booked a balcony view room and were informed that no balcony views look like the lovely park view pictured. We overlooked a parking lot and the massive Google building but enjoyed the ability to open the doors regardless. Area around hotel is super walkable with tons of restaurants and stuff and a Marta stop a few blocks away. Felt safe roaming around outside both day and nighttime. Would def stay in this area again!

I enjoyed my hotel experience. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Parking charge is excessive.

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past and it has always been a great location to the office I'm visiting and has always been clean and well taken care of. This recent visit has changed my mind. While the staff are great, it is the little things that have taken this hotel down. My room door didn't completely shut - you could see the hallway lights through both sides and top of the door frame. Being right next to the elevator, I could hear everything from the door because it didn't shut all the way. The shower had mold and the caulk around the window in the shower was cracking and moldy. The kitchenette was ok - but didn't have any forks. The fridge made a loud rattling noise when it cycled through its cooling period. Not exactly worth $131 a night before tax. Oh, toss on a $45 fee per day for parking and it really isn't worth it. Next time I'm in town, I'll be looking for another place to reside for the nights I'm there.
