Village Hotel Blackpool

Good location. Only a few mins in a cab from Blackpool Promonade. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool and spa facilities. Relaxed atmosphere. Used ev charger in car park

Bit noisy at night, nothing hotel could do about that. Poor flush in bathroom, wouldn't even flush toilet paper. No plug socket next to bed (need one to plug in sleep apnoea cpap machine), hotel provided an extending cable but not ideal.

The fact I had paid on booking.com £207 then when arriving at the property they made me pay again the £207 don't know why they had don't this to me lucky I just had enough to pay for the stay again otherwise I had nowhere to stay and being 20miles away from home with no more money

The swimming pool , the Starbucks

I waited a hour and a half for some one to come and have a look at the tv as it wouldn’t come on , we missed swimming that day because I was waiting for some to fix the tv we had to go swimming the following day the dust on my children’s bunkbed where they where staying was so bad my son had asthma the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned there was no hair dryer for us to use there was 1 towel when I booked I book for 4 people the remote stopped working I had go down to reception twice I asked to speak to a manager and no one still came to speak to me

Great gym, swim and facilities. The bed was soo comfortable!! Green and luscious surroundings.

The room was very hot. There was a fan provided but it was still warm. Breakfast could have had healthier varieties.
