The friendly Staff were most helpful. Comfortable room. Pity the usual eatery was closed.

Needs a telephone in the room as the fire alarm came on intermittently and we were unable to get the information from reception. Regards Graham

Stayed here for a work event and the location is only about a 10 minute Uber journey to the Piers. Breakfast was good decent cooked breakfast coffee tea juices breakfast pastries and cerale available. The food in the Bar and Grill was amazing really good burger and the sweet potato fries are a must. Rooms is a good size pretty decent shower. For a 3 Star hotel in my opinion it lives up to it and would quite happily stay here again

The hotel looks impressive from the minute you drive up the long drive . The reception staff were very welcoming . The rooms were clean and basic . The swim pool was amazing . Loved Starbucks for a good coffee and meeting place .

The breakfast was slightly unhealthy looking , full English was greasy and the scrambled eggs looked anaemic , the self service coffee was quite good though .

Was there for a golf break 3 nights with 11 friends, food, room etc all great but a special mention to Pete from maintenance who went above and beyond to help when my car was broken into and items stolen. He tracked back on cctv , went to the wooded area they were hiding and recovered my items, what a guy. The hotel have a good guy there , so customer focussed and the Village top employee for me .... Thanks Pete ...

We visit a few times a year and live all the facilities . Great breakfast too

No plug points in the room except the TV one. 1 Small window only

Room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable, huge tv. Staff were really friendly.

You had to pay for parking why not add that into the cost of the booking and ask for the vehicle reg at the time of booking

My Mother in law had to move rooms, as she did not sleep due to the noise of the extract unit, the staff managed to move my mam, The breakfast was fine apart from no fried eggs or black pudding. Both rooms smelt of damp and were very basic. I found the cost of food was dear which i did not mind but did mind that the food did not match the cost. The main bar was closed on Monday 1st June due to a electrical fault, so used the breakfast bar, which could do with a good refurb. Would i come back again, i would after say yes, but only if my mother-in-law was coming, however if it was only my wife and I, i would after say i would not return.
