All staff were so kind and helpful. Front desk, breakfast, bartenders - all just so kind and went above and beyond. Excellent stay!!!

Great little store across the street. Got 25 credit every night for snacks, which was so nice. Staff were all amazing!!!

I was diappointed with some aspects of the stay: ●The air conditioner never got cool enough although it did go down 2 degrees when maintenance came to reset it ●KEYS HAD TO BE RESET 3 TIMES ●PARKING FEE: $48 (They gave me a "break"‐‐—its "normally" $75) 😞 Seriously?? ●Pools is much smaller ● 2 Hotels in the same building . Higher floors are MUCH BETTER ●DESTINATION CHARGE $25 (BS) NONE OF THE CHARGES DID HOTELS.COM made me aware. Be leary of booking with this APP. Great for family travel

All staff in all areas were very nice and helpful. Kayla at the bar was amazing. Toby the Food service manager also was amazing and very friendly and customer service was awesome!!!

Delightful stay!

Staff was welcoming, kind & attentive. Very clean facilities & a very nice location. Another great stay at Embassy Suites.

Will never ever stay here again.just a couple of things.the carpet I’m bedroom has a corner peeling up. Me and my wife tripped over it. Told hotel staff and they acted like they didn’t care.went to eat in the restaurant.ordered a sampler platter of appetizers was informed the were out of one of the items included. I asked can we substitute for something else (thought it was a reasonable request) the waitress left to ask someone.after about 10 minutes she came back and said she is not allowed to sell the platter.I asked why it’s on the menu she gave an excuse of it’s a new menu and then just walked off. We waited for another 10 minutes she never returned. We got up and left.also while out someone kept coming in while we are out and turn the thermostat up to 78 degrees.

This is our favorite hotel in the DC area. We always stay at Embassy Suites for their extensive breakfasts, happy hours with snacks, and wonderful customer service.

This is a very nice place to stay with kids (mine included). However, that also means it can be very noisy in the hallway. There are parents who actually put their kids in the hallway to scream and cry while you're trying to sleep in. Great housekeeping for the rooms. Also great is the breakfast buffet and the other menu options. I really appreciated the vouchers for the bar and restaurant. The "evening reception" really adds a relaxing vibe to the stay, although some of the front desk staff lack some social skills (such as smiling instead of the gen z stare). Bar staff is much more friendly and approachable, very helpful with the voucher situation as well. Lastly, the common areas need more cleaning. The restaurant chairs and tables are always sticky and nasty, probably wiped the same dirty rag for everything else. You will find food and debris inside the crevices of the chairs and everything else. Bring wipes.
