The hotel is comfortable (good large bed), and breakfast was OK. Didn't like that the bathroom was only separated from the bedroom by two sliding doors offering poor privacy.

Unfortunately, a lot of road works nearby during the time of our visit (crossing the road to the beach area is very difficult), and nearby Traverse City State Park was closed.

Pool nice and rooms clean. No hot tub but great quality for the money. People are friendly and don’t talk down to you. Extra safety latches on the doors. Breakfast has a little of everything. Hallway has heat and good lighting. I have stayed in 3 other places this is the best so far. Large parking lot. Multiple entrances. I sleep during the day and have not been awakened by anyone yet. I will continue to book here until the campgrounds open back up.

We stayed there to be closer to a doctors office where I had a morning appointment. The place is clean, the staff is present, professional and very polite. They serve a very good breakfast. It is an oasis during the harsh winter months! We were there during a nasty blizzard and even door dash prevailed!
