Very clean and relatively up-to-date motel.

A bit of a drive to downtown.

The staff was outstanding! They couldn't do more to help you.

Rooms were very clean.

Rooms felt cramped. I was disappointed i could not swim because there was no on site guest laundry.

Our room smelled like dogs had been in there. We had to keep the window open all the time for fresh air.

Room was covered in flies. Decent area but wish we were closer to downtown area in hindsight

Convenient location, tho there are plenty of options on this lakeshore road. Rooms were clean and service staff very friendly, especially in the breakfast room. But when our smoke alarm went off at 6:30 Sunday morning all bets were off. Overnight desk person was apologetic and brought us a new battery and said she didn’t know what else to do if that didn’t work. The alarm still sounded periodically so we gave up sleeping. When we checked out, the day staff didn’t apologize, blamed us for not wanting the overnight person in the room while we were in bed and installing the new battery ourselves. Only after we prodded did they offer $50 off our $257. Room charge. But the receipt showed no discount. A very disappointing end to our vacation.

Helpful staff. Rooms clean. A little hard to get in and out due to road work in area.

Very disappointed the hotel is well worn smelled musty in the lobby like mildew .. room had mold all around the tub and smelled of mildew. Definitely not up to standards of a Hilton property

Property meets corporate (Hampton) standards. Good place for short stays. I reserved 2 kings in February for late September stay & upon check in was informed that only one could be king, the other has to be 2 doubles. Completely unacceptable- and no explanation was given other than they overbooked king rooms. My suspicion is that due to 3rd party booking, we got bumped.

On arrival the pool was closed. I booked because of the indoor pool so our son would have something to do. They opened it the following day but it was ice cold and not really swimmable. For 300.00 a night i would expect more...
