L'appartamento non era molto pulito e c'è stato un problema col condizionatore risolto gentilmente dopo un giorno ma purtroppo ha condizionato il soggiorno

L’appartamento ha bisogno di piccole manutenzioni

De locatie was prima gelegen, bij het centrum van de stad, in een wat rustigere straat. Er was een goede airco: dat was heel fijn, omdat het buiten erg warm was. Het was een verademing om dan 'thuis' te komen.

Great location, but extremely overpriced

There was no provision for an extra pillow, no milk or coffee and no laundry facilities. These should have been available for the price of the apartment.

I’m not first time rent this place and at this time I was super disappointed how low become service in a such a good place in the past…

First of all, when we arrived, we found that in the two-room apartment that we rented in advance, two girls, made only one bed in one of the rooms. At the request to make the bed or at least give us bed linen, as well as solve the issue with the smell of cigarettes in the room, we were offered an additional cleaning for 30€ and all the next morning the manager proved to me that it was my fault in the fact that I did not choose the bed configuration , although it is obvious if I rent an apartment with two bedrooms I want to use two bedrooms, especially obviously that we are not a couple, especially since it was an early booking, the manager never specified in the correspondence whether we need one room or two, although I believe that if I rent a two-room apartment for two people ,Then I want to use two bedrooms . In 2021, I lived in this apartment alone, without specifying any details, two bedrooms were prepared and it was perfectly clean. Second.It was super dirty , Dust is everywhere, especially a lot of dust was on the headboard of the bed, as if it was never wiped there, the curtains are very dusty and smell like cigarettes in one of the bedrooms there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, the upholstery of the furniture has long required dry cleaning, it is impossible to sit down anywhere, the toilet also requires cleaning and disinfection, there was garbage from past tenants in the bin. The dishes are not washed conscientiously. Third it was super loud on weekend no possible sleep at all ,all the night someone screaming under the window,just a nightmare.
