Location is excellent! Kitchen is well equipped! The bed was very comfortable! The balcony was a bonus!

The property was generally fine for a short stay and mostly worked for our needs. We liked having a balcony and the location was very good. It was great to have air conditioning as it was quite hot in Bolzano at the time.

There was a young man (a neighbor) shouting on and off on both nights throughout the night and I had very poor sleep. He sounded drug affected or had a mental condition. It was really unpleasant. It would have been nice to have tea towels to dry the dishes with.

AC only in living room, costly parking, no washing machine, no elevator, lack of closets

The apartment inside bedrooms were clean and although we didn't use it, it had a modern kitchen.

Finding the entrance was quite challenging, as the street had two places with the same number. We were not informed of the ongoing remodeling in the building. From our window, all we could see was scaffolding, and both the balconies and the entire entrance hall were dirtied with paint. Moreover, the elevator was out of service.. Even though the issue with my daughters' accommodation was known after the first night, beds were still not ready for them on the second night, despite our agreement to pay for this service. Consequently, my Kids had to sleep without sheets, and we were compelled to purchase a sleeping bag for the eldest. The administrators showed a lack of proactive response, empathy, and only offered excuses for not delivering the service as agreed, moreover they imposed extra charges for services we never received and without prior consent.

The location and easy access and communication with property management

We would have liked to have 2 sets of keys as we were 2 colleagues traveling for work.
