The property was warm and spacious

Rubbish bins outside were full. Other black bags had been put at the back and seagulls had got into them. Rubbish was over the garden and cigarette doubts had just been left. It was disgusting. My partner slipped on a tea bag and twisted his knee. There were hardly any glasses, only 2 wine glasses for 4 people. The curtains in the small room didn’t even have curtain hooks and were just tucked over the curtain pole. The beds did not have mattress protectors.

the location was great. It was spacious.

the manager never responded to our communications. Lamps were broken. Shower door was broken. There was not enough toilet paper. Furniture was too low-very uncomfortable. They told us to run the dishwasher, but no soap was provided. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms-we bought our own.

Clean, well maintained, good location.

Great location near the city centre with parking available and good facilities. Would definitely book again.

Amazing location, clean, large

Showed up in March with snowy weather. None of the radiators were working and it was freezing cold in the home. I texted and called the property managers but was never able to get a hold of them despite following the contact directions to a tee.
