Location was fantastic and parking right outside the door and off the road is great.Inverness is a lovely place to visit.House is warm and cozy and is appealing from the street.Many toilets.

I raised a couple of issues with Robert the manager but replies came from a woman who was rude and dismissive.The bins outside were overflowing, and the dishwasher had no tablets so bring your own.Bring your own matress protectors too as this was the most disgusting accomodation I have ever booked and fooshly lifted the sheerts the morning after... The double bed is broken and wins Britain's worst bed.The bonus is that check in is whenever you want as the neighbours arrived at 1.15am and shouted loudly trying to park their car in the snow and continued to crash around till 3.30am.Locks on all bathroom doors are broken.Read reviews before booking.I should have.....

The only good thing is there are 2 double rooms and 1 single that we got at a good price

- they were a lot of issues in the space - the heaters did not work properly - the en-suite room had a leakage which thankfully we noticed water dripping in the downstairs living room - we were 5 people using 1 bathroom which was so inconvenient - the living area and kitchen were chilled because heater were not that efficient - not the most convenient location

Die angegebene Adresse existiert nicht mehr. Die angegebene Telefonnummer existiert nicht mehr. Mit Hilfe einer freundlichen Nachbarin wurden wir in die Stadt zur Ersatzadresse gebracht. Dort stand im Flur ein großer Kübel, der das tropfende Wasser von der Decke auffing. Die Fenster waren mit alten Decken fix abgedeckt, die man auch nicht bewegen oder entfernen konnte. Das ganze Quartier machte einen schäbigen Eindruck. Der Haustorschlüssel war nicht in Ordnung. Es bestand auch keine Parkmöglichkeit wie ursprünglich angeboten. Wir konnten auch nicht mehr reklamieren, es war anschließend niemand mehr erreichbar. Ein angebliches mail im Oktober haben wir nachweislich nicht erhalten - Bestätigung meinerseits lag nicht vor. Wir haben das Quartier noch am gleichen Abend verlassen und haben uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Meine diesbezüglichen e-mails wurden nicht beantwortet.
