Had a 4night stay, everything was really lovely about this hotel from the food, our room, the spa and the staff were very friendly.Although the hotel was a little out of town it was easy walk into town but also good as the hotel put on a courtesy bus if needed.

It was lovely. Staff so helpful. Would suggest more shuttle bus runs in the evenings as it was a bit of a walk to St Helier.

We had a lovely time at this delightful hotel what made it so special were the staff. Only one tiny suggestion an additional coffee machine is needed.

The hotel staff went beyond any of our expectations they were amazing , left us gifts for our anniversary the staff everywhere in the hotel were fantastic ,respectful and so helpful Nothing was too much trouble .We have never been to such a A class hotel , well done you deserve all the credit for an incredible hotel … well done Hotel De France

Everything was absolutely amazing. One bit of constructive criticism would be that the basin taps in the en-suites are really difficult to turn on/off as there is nothing to grip.

Would have given 4 to 5 stars but three days before arriving we were downgraded by phone (against a bottle of prosecco - no other compensatipn was available) from a balcony room (with apparently no other balcony room available…) to one without a balcony and not even a view - when complaing we at least got a (smaller) room with a view. Otherwise a really nice hotel.“
