"Beautiful hotel and grounds -- great weeknight rates"

Beautiful hotel -- gorgeous landscaping mature trees. Good food, nice rooms. Great weeknight rates for this area. Better rates than STS airport to Park and Fly. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful -- I had vehicle problems while I was here and Minnete H helped me to reserve an extra night at the same rate and I didn't need to change rooms. Thanks Minnete!

"Amazing check in experience!"

At check in Minnete H was SO helpful. I was traveling with my daughter and our dog. Minnete explained the different room options, helped me pick the best room by a door and with access to the yard through our room. She was friendly and extremely helpful. Even gave us cookies and a treat for our dog. Started our stay off awesome!

"Restful stay and friendly staff"

The front desk staff, particularly Minnete, were super helpful. She helped me right away and made sure to follow up thru text to see if I needed anything else. They also acknowledged my gold status and made sure I got all of the benefits. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was staying for business and got great sleep. The fitness center also had some new Peloton bikes.
