Had the best experience with Minnete! She was so welcoming upon check in. We ended up having a situation with our friends whose room was cancelled at another hotel- even almost sold out Minnete was able to find them a room right next to ours. She made our experience amazing. Thank you Minnete!!!

Just down the street the rooms are nicer, we can log into our personal Netflix, there is unlimited free coffee, breakfast and parking. Feels like I've been nickeled and dime'd with upsells here every step of the way. A big lobby, small pool table and a fountain just doesn't cut it anymore.

Booked a stay here last minute and it was great! The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Just what we needed after driving for hours. Hospitality was excellent, especially Kat at the front desk. She was phenomenal. Soo charismatic. Really made the stay special, thanks Kat!! P.s. does anyone smell **** LOL. Would stay again ^.^

Very good (quiet) room with balcony facing the golf course. Easy access to hwy 101. Excellent check-in process and exact room I wanted from Minnete H. Happy to return again next week.

Amazing hotel, clean rooms. Beautiful grounds. Courtyard with pool and hot tub relaxing. We came for our 50th Anniversary and Minnette H at check in made us feel very very special for this bucket list vacation in wine country!
