My family and I had a great experience all thanks to the host Minnete H.

Minnete H. Helped me over phone to secure the best room for my situation. Upon arriving at hotel Minnete was the host at the check in desk. She continued helping with superior customer service. Polite, pleasant, resourceful, professional. Great memory too. She remembered me later and reminded me that my friend would also need parking permit.

The check in was very fast and convenient

Minnete H was super kind and such a great start to our stay here. It was so nice to have the first face we see and interact with be so smiley and kind.

Minnete H. at the front desk is incredible! Above and beyond regarding taking care of customers, meeting their every need. Outstanding in every sense! We are thankful for her and appreciate her kindness. 👍🫶

Really enjoyed our anniversary getaway here in Rohnert Park, close to so many great wineries, breweries and restaurants! I need to recognize Minnete H. a supervisor at this Doubletree location, her attitude and kindness was beyond exceptional! I've been to this hotel many times over the past 20 years for work & pleasure, love the setting & beautiful landscaped grounds. Unfortunately there are several things that need updating. I know I'd want honest feedback if I were the franchise owner or partner. Here's a list: * USB Plugs for cell phone charging * Better shower heads & fixtures * Higher quality toilets for flushing * Softer towels * Microwaves in upgraded rooms Being a lifetime Diamond Member, I've seen a significant improvement over the years at most Hilton properties, this location simply needs to re-invest in this awesome property. This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at this property. Big pluses are the property and surrounding areas; easy freeway access and access to nearby areas in multiple cities; and the rooms (which are bright, spacious); and an SFO shuttle (more important for an event guest than me). Front desk service was consistently good with some good advice on local areas. Downers were security/privacy (my room slider was not locked....again...which meant if I did not check it someone could have walked into my room...very sloppy and a huge liability risk for the hotel, but they don't seem to care), the HVAC which sort of works, and adjoining room noise. Hotel bar seemed to have odd hours/low staffing. hotel restaurant was a plus in terms of service and food choices. Not as slow as usual, but not many customers so hard to know if there were more improvements or just easier given fewer customers
