Minnete checked me in and was able to answer all my questions. Check in was smooth. This property is huge and has some out door amenities. The rooms are a bit dated but it did the job as I was here on business and not in the room much.

The people here are wonderful! We come here frequently for work and Minnete’s customer service and friendliness is always top notch! She is always helpful and ovet the years our group always looks forward to seeing her!!

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country, and while the property itself is lovely, what truly made the stay stand out was the front desk staff—especially Minnette H. Minnette was incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating, even with last-minute changes. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and took the time to clearly explain how the Hilton Honors system works and what benefits it offers. That kind of patience and attention makes a huge difference, especially for guests who may not be fully familiar with the program. Honestly, this stay reinforced something I strongly believe: no matter how beautiful the hotel or how nice the rooms are, it really comes down to how the front desk staff manages and treats guests. If that first point of contact isn’t great, the entire experience can fall flat. Thankfully, Minnette and the rest of the front desk team set the tone perfectly and made the stay enjoyable from start to finish. Great service like this is what keeps guests coming back. Highly recommend this hotel—especially if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Minnette.

Had a booking issue and it was immediately corrected by front desk supervisor Minnete. The staff was also very accommodating when there were small issues in the conference room.

Staff are so great at this Doubltree. Minnete checked me in and was so gracious and helpful. Dinner, grilled Ahi Tuna was delicious!

Judith and Allen, front desk agents, were extremely gracious and patient! They made my stay way better! The food was average, but the buffalo wings were very good, minus one, which was very overcooked. The hotel is a bit dated and the hot tub, which I looked forward to using, was out of service, with no explanation. The cookies were fantastic and plentiful and the hotel grounds are gorgeous! This was my sixth time staying here.

The hotel was great at a great price with friendly service. We were able to upgrade our room to a patio room with minimal charge. The lobby was amazing with lots of snack available. It was close enough to the freeway for easy travel.
