No free coffee except the bad coffee maker in the room. And they tried to add extra fees to the room charge. The man at the front desk was confrontational when asked about the hidden charges.

Large room, clean. Nice staff. Plenty of outlets! Bed ok, not great.

Hotel needs an internal facelift. Everything a little tired. Tub/shower controls very stiff; tub spout loose and sloppily caulked. A/C seemed to work, but the cool air smelled moldy so I didn't use it. Annoying that the window only opens a few inches, but I guess that's hotels in general. But there was a screen, why? Screen very shabby. I don't love duvet covers, are they ever cleaned?

This is a great place to stay! I am here for business but the friendly staff and nice atmosphere have made it feel more like home. Minnete, at the front desk, always has a smile on her face and always puts me in a good mood. Very clean establishment and the restaurant has several entrees that are surprisingly good for the price.

We rented a room at the DoubleTree in Rohnert Park to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday with her friends on December 19. Her actual birthday falls on Christmas Eve, so we wanted to make this celebration extra special—and thanks to Minnete H., it was far beyond anything we could have imagined. From the moment we checked in, Minnete was incredibly gracious, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic. Her warmth and positive energy immediately set the tone for our stay. She didn’t just provide great customer service—she went above and beyond with a generosity of spirit that is rare and unforgettable. Minnete surprised us with an upgrade to the Christmas Suite, which was absolutely stunning. The room was beautiful and magical, and it completely elevated the entire experience. Our daughter will forever remember this birthday party, but as parents, we will always remember Minnete and how much she went out of her way to make our stay more exciting, meaningful, and special. This was truly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had as a family. Between the gorgeous room and Minnete’s exceptional hospitality, the experience was flawless. We will absolutely be returning—and we’re already hoping to make this a tradition. Thank you, Minnete, for creating a memory our family will cherish forever.
