USWe enjoyed the pool, and the night manager was super accommodating. There was a stain of puke or something on the pull out mattress, and he switched our room. That was very nice of him.
The floor around the pool was super slippery. Super dangerous if someone falls out there. Also the beds were pretty stiff.

USI liked the location and the breakfast was adequate.
I was in room 101, and it smelled of urine and possibly feces. I’m guessing there were guests with pets because there was several wet spots on the carpets and they were so dirty that I would have to clean my feet before getting into bed. I’ve stayed at this location several times and this was definitely the worst experience.

Convenient for business travel in Mt Sterling. Room was on 2nd floor, room 209 and door was within 18 inches of the elevator. Odd placement for a hotel room and didn't feel as safe due to that. There were no issues and everyone was pleasant though.
We walked into our room the floor was wet. Woke up with our sinuses congested. Took the cover of the a/c unit, there was mold all over cover, filter was full of dust, the water was just sitting in the pan all the lines were clogged. After cleaning it out the flooring started to dry up and woke up less congested. Maintenance needs to clean all the a/c units. The entire building had condensation all over the windows. This places needs a good ventilation system in place.
