The room is ok. Needs some updates. Handle on commode was broke. Shower is supposed to be handicapped but you have to step into a tub. Not very good for handicap. Overall not bad. Not sure I’d stay here again unless I

Felt room could’ve been cleaner.
The only issues were that the icemaker on 3rd floor was out of order so we had to use one on 1st floor. Also, in our room (#321), the hair dryer wasn't working. I mentioned it to front desk clerk and she tried to tell me about a button on the side...I am very mechanical and the hair dryer was old and burnt out.

This is a great place to stay. I am a travel nurse and the staff always have made me feel.at home. Very clean throughout. Would recommend
USI always stay there when in Mt. Sterling. They know me well now and read my requests. Rooms are great and located near all my Mt. Sterling destinations.
