Three of us couples traveled together and stayed here at Hyatt Centric. We arrived on the Key West Express and it was not too far of a walk to the Hyatt. We had a GREAT experience at this hotel. The bed was super comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We loved our stay here. The food also on site is fantastic as well and a short walk to Duval Street or Mallory Square. Nice job Hyatt.

Our stay was just OK, and I would have expected more from a Hyatt property. The location is great being close to Duvall and Front streets, and it is on the water which is nice. But the property is dated and showing its age. The pictures of the rooms on the website were not accurate compared to even the upgraded room we had. Literally half of the room sq. ft. was a hallway leading to the "real" room. The bed and dresser were so cramped that two people could not pass in between at the same time. In a 425 sq.ft. room our living space was about 200 sq. ft. The bathroom was tastefully renovated but the main room was aged. The kicker is that I had asked for an upgraded room to a partial ocean view and since it was our anniversary the manager offered it at a discounted rate, which was great. Upon reviewing the invoice after check-out I realized that they charged the full amount for an upgrade. I've talked to the hotel representatives several times to have a credit applied and they have not credited me or returned my calls. Also, be aware that they charge a hefty resort fee that you find out about when you check out. We were charged $69.75 (incl. tax) per day. As I stated earlier it was an "OK" stay but there are way better places to stay that actually feel like a resort. Check our bill carefully and ask about all extra fees ahead of time.

Wonderful location on the water with perfect sunsets. Fishing boat can pick up at the dock. Central to everything bars, restaurants. Quite, Clean, large rooms, very lay back.

Cannot say enough good things about Hyatt and our experience. This was a birthday celebration trip with friends and from the beginning Erin ( concierge) was so helpful with plans, and Serina at Four Seasons also. Four Seasons fabulous for appetizers and drinks on several occasions and Veli our waiter was wonderful and attentive. Housekeeping perfect and I thank Angie, Dona and Evelyne. Lastly, Anna manager and at the front desk and Jake both so helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions and assist. All in all a fantastic stay and Hyatt venue perfect!

The pool was under construction. i would have chosen a different hotel if i would have been informed.

Would highly recommend this resort. Accommodations, services and restaurants were great!. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations while we were there but we had access to a neighboring pool.

Pluses: Excellent location with easy walking to many local attractions. Clean and eco friendly. They care for rehomed turtles on property. The reason for our rating: pool closure and construction that was never communicated to us. We arrived back to the hotel on Memorial Day ready to take a dip in the pool, only to find it covered up and under construction. We booked our reservation 5 months in advance and was not informed that they would resurface the pool. This resulted in half our stay with no pool, reduced amenities and significant noise. We would have booked another hotel had we known.

Do not stay here. My passport was stolen out of my room. I have been a loyal Hyatt rewards member. Instead of being professional and apologizing they called me a liar. All I asked for was a reimbursement for the cost of a new passport. Instead they called me a liar again.
