Courteous,engaging, and friendly staff. Location on the island for restaurants, shops, other attractions, and of course the beautiful sunsets.

Description of resort claims to have two beach access locations. They do have one small area for at best six loungers on a small piece of sand, with no water access. Other area is adequate with steps from deck promenade area leading down to the water with no beach or sand at all

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Pool bar food was excellent and we loved the staff there as well def would recommend.

Fabulous small resort ideally located at the end of Key West Front / Duval streets. Walking distance to everything. Worth the price. Adult atmosphere. Has everything you need: pool, water activities, bar, restaurant, spa...

We had everything we needed at the Hyatt especially the sunset cruises and the snorkeling. We had a perfectly wonderful time!

Centrally located and an easy walk to all locations. Beautiful property and well equipped rooms and amenities. Convenient on site activities and every staff member is helpful and kind.

An unexpected circumstance brought us to this hotel. Jake saved our vacation by finding and booking our rooms. The staff and employees enjoy their jobs and it shines to the guests. This hotel has no negatives; location, amenities, sunsets, food and drink all point to a guaranteed relaxing vacation. We booked next year before we checked out! Thank you!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at that hotel. I have to say from the over 50 trips to Florida, Caribbean islands and Mexico, This has to be in the top ten list. Here are list of reasons: high quality service, top notch management and fantastic location. 1) Management team included (Jake front desk Mgr). He ran a smooth operation 7 days a week. Always walking the property and interacting with guests and staff. Staff has upmost respect for him and it shows at every level. He problem solves every conceivable issue promptly. Ei Khaing Mon (Assistant Front Desk Mgr), is also a hand on manager who greets guests daily throughout the property. She always asks how things are going and ensures everyone is happy and things running smoothly at front desk. Kelsey who also manages the front desk is one of the most positive minded individuals. She is always smiling and greeting everyone walking through front desk area. Very professional and hard working as well. Sasha (Bell man) is doing so many different jobs and always with positive Attitude. Marcela also manages the front office and does so in the most efficient and professional way possible. Raj and the Bar manager by pool are so incredibly busy that they barely have time to breathe. They have impossible task of taking care of all guests by the pool. 2) Speaking of pool, perfect size and always clean. Perfect size for number of guests staying there. Hotel Concierge is by the pool and always Available to handle inquiries and book activities, on and off property. Hyatt Desk is by pool and they are always available to answer questions on Hyatt and Key West activities. Anna Krehan ;(rooms mgr) makes sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily always available to promptly address any issue , large or small This hotel would not be a 6 star property without these individuals. Finally, 3) the location is superb. Next to beach , it is conveniently located near all major activities in downtown Key West. Everything is within walking distance. We have already booked another trip to this beautiful Hotel for next Spring and truly cannot wait to get back there.
