DIRTY, SMELLY, GRUNGEY THE WORST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED AT

The hotel is old and outdated. The moment you come into the lobby, the smell of "old" hits you. It appears that the owners attempted to spruce it up with inexpensive paint, subpar repairs, and outdated furniture. The room smelled like humidity or mold brewing from the AC wall unit. The only updated item was the TV! The bathroom was dirty, poorly kept, and for some reason, we were assigned a handicap shower (for a wheelchair) and dirty. There was only a large shower towel for two people! Most definitely, we do not plan to stay here again.

Very old. It needs updated. Staff is friendly. Bathtub is dirty.

Rooms were smelly.

No coffee in room. Assigned us our room and when entering, the room was already taken and occupant was as startled as we were. Room wreaked of “old” smell. Included breakfast consisted only of waffles and muffins. Nothing more

Sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty, and shower head was not properly attached to wall and was sketchy. Staff was kind.

First off, sent to room already occupied...secondly, the room rented next smelled of mildew....opened window hoped to get better never did...floor was damp caused socks to turn black....wanted a rollaway bed as website said they provide was told they don't have them....they were not able to provide proper amount of towels....their "super charged" breakfast consists of one waffle maker, cereal and mushy muffins in plastic bags....

⚠️ Warning. Do not book a room at this hotel . This is a rundown old hotel with dirty outdated and unkept rooms that should no longer be in business. Rooms are outdated with dingy bedding, spiderwebs on the walls, doors that don't look from the inside, and doors that that are to small for the doorframe so you could see light coming through from the next room. Hallways have wires running along and no elevator. We had a horrible 1 night stay in it. First of the door to the room we got assigned did not open due to a broken handle so we got a different room in the basement. We had to move our luggage plus 3 children down a small stair. There we got a non-smoking room that still smelled terrible like deodrant and smoke. Bathroom was disgusting so that i did not even wanted to take a shower there. Toilet did not flush properly and the faucet for the sink was way to small. We couldn't look the door from the inside and that made me very uncomfortable because the people on the property we meet looked very shady. Light was filtering from the hallway into the room in the night all around the doorframe and the door that was leading through the adjoining room that was occupied by someone else. Could even peek into the next room. Very creepy. Woke up in the middle of the night from a terrible cigarette smoke that was either coming in from the hallway our room next door that was supposed to be a non smoking room too. Smoke came through all night till the morning. Horrible stay ever

Staff was exceptional and extremely helpful. Also very concerned about us during our stay for a family members funeral. Helping my Granddaughter get her signed into internet as well as giving their condolences to our family.
