First room we were give, the programmed key wouldn’t work. Second room had a handle that worked intermittently. Dirty room floors and bedding, the room stunk so bad we needed to use room spray daily. Bed uncomfortable, bedding thin and worn. Towels the size of a wash cloth. Building not secured, anyone could walk in at any time of day or night. Staff smoking right outside doors. All female staff were rude and anything -even just checking in, seemed to be a huge inconvenience. Not told about breakfast times then scolded for trying to have breakfast outside of times. Breakfast was terrible anyway. Rooms had no sound insulation and the ?permanent residents were noisy. Cleaning staff also very noisy talking and banging in hallways. The only good point about this place was one older male staff member who was absolutely lovely and helpful.

I think that there should be coffee in the rooms and vending machines somewhere. I don’t like having to go to the desk to get snacks, water or coffee. The young lady there was very nice the man not so much.

When we needed to extend our stay the staff was easy to work with.

Customer service was fine but not amazing. We were on the 3rd floor and there was not an elevator. The room was okay but you can tell the carpets need cleaned or better yet replaced. The beds were also very stiff. I know that I didn't pay much so it worked but there are small things for even a cheap price are just expected, like clean carpets and maybe an elevator if on the 3rd floor.

The room was ok, the USB jacks and plug in on the lamps did not work, the bath tub had a drip all night and day which we did not use at all. The room was clean when we walked in and it was cleaned when we left it was like we did not use the room, we did not have any thing on the breakfast floor except for 2 cups of coffee which we had our own cups,and the manager could have been a little customer friendly, smile and showed like was a friendly kind of guy, he looked very tired and could not answer simple questions about surrounding businesses and restaurants close by, his response was I have no idea. So let's just say the stay was a good bed to sleep in and the TV had only one station so we didn't even use that, I had my tablet to watch my news and movies. I am waiting for my receipt to be E-mailed to me so know how much my stay was.THANK YOU for your concern, have a Blissful Weekend.

Staff was friendly, place was kept clean. Would stay again.

Our tv only worked for maybe 30 minutes after the front desk person helped us with it the first time. There was NO hot water for a shower Saturday morning. And the floor above us; there were children running back and forth all night long.

Service was very bad the bathroom was dirty

The hotel has not been updated for a while. It is clean, average breakfast. For the money, that is what you get.

It was ok for the $. It seemed to be rundown (mattresses needed replacing, etc) Breakfast was ‘bare essentials’.
