The front desk staff were very amiable! They helped as best they could when we reported the cleanliness issue.

There was a great deal of trash in the room. It still smelled of relatively fresh paint. The pet fee (instead of a deposit) was quite steep.

Property is in need of update. Which was going on while we were there and we were notified. We were not notified that the pool was out of commission. The jets on the jetted tub in our room did not work and the wiring to operate them was hanging out into the tub.

"Peaceful night in WX"

My room was clean & quiet. The bed and pillows were great, as they always are at Hampton. Breakfast was good, I enjoyed my warm waffles and omelet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They are in the middle of a remodel, so the hot tub was closed. I will use it next time.

"HISLC-N tough to rate due to construction"

Only had a one night stay, and the hotel had a warning on their website as well as the front desk reminded us about construction when we checked in. Front desk said construction would not start until 9AM but we heard them working above us around 7. Hotel itself is older but seemed in reasonable condition, pool was closed as part of renovations. Gym is very basic with not weights of any kind and just treadmill, elliptical, and bike, breakfast the usual complimentary fare. Good enough for our purposes and reasonably priced so hard not to recommend. Would consider staying here again when we pass through the next time.

The property was undergoing renovations, while I stayed, so the property and facility conditions weren't at its best. The location is close to many restaurants and stores, but you have to walk under an overpass to get there, which makes it not as walkable as it could be. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they're honestly the best.
