Love that it was family friendly and so many dining places around the area. It was really clean, rooms were nice. Traveling with two toddlers can be exhausting, but we felt right at home.

Some of the server charged a 15% gratuity without your consent when you dine at their restaurants. Again, I think it was discrimination. Also, there was one particular gal who looks like she is in charge of seating customer at the Tia Carmen, she gave us dirty looks each time she sees us for no reason. I think she discrminates. They should fire her and hire someone who knows how to treat all guests with a smile. Also, they don’t have any control of their 18 and older pool. People bring in their kids without anyone monitoring. There were 4 other pools for kids yet people still think it’s ok to bring in kids in an 18 plus pool. The room we had was not cleaned appropriately and there was a sticky stain left on a table. We called to have someone come and wipe it and no one came. The AC broke down in the workout room with a broken equipment that did not get fixed for days. No one was managing it. It was over priced for the service received.

Omg every thing was great from the valet parking to all stuff in service love it definitely coming back got a great deal with expedia app room was definitely high quality love it love it thank you soo much.. my kids enjoy it pool omg when over my expectations… love it

This place is awesome. We spent all our time in the pool. The lazy river and slides are awesome for kiddos. Restaurant is great. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Great food places a short drive away. It’s a great stay for families.

Pillows were flat. AC didn’t go below 68 so it would kick off quickly then loudly come back on. Made sleeping tough.
