I would definitely recommend. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Can’t wait to book again .

Was able to check in early, valley was easy, hotel was well kept, room was perfect, would stay here again and recommended.

The valet parking service was quite disappointing. Drop-off was fine, but since there was no self-parking option, we had to use valet. When picking up the car, I inquired twice within the first 20 minutes and was told each time that the valet had already taken the keys and I just needed to wait at the front entrance. On the third attempt, someone finally checked and found that the keys were still sitting in the storage room. I ended up standing under the sun for 25 minutes.Despite the inconvenience, I still gave a tip. My child insisted we rate the stay 5/5, but due to the valet parking experience, I couldn’t give a perfect score.

Just perfect

It was busy. Very overstimulating to be at the pool. Our room had dust all along the coffee nook shelves. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. So many dirty room service trays in the hallways. For the money we paid didn’t seem like we got what we paid for. I definitely would make it a point to not stay here again,.

Everything was great!

The water activities and pools were great. The check-in was terrible! Took us 30 minutes to check-in because they had checked me in under someone’s else name. The rooms are gorgeous, but the AC unit in our room was extremely loud, we didn’t get good sleep because of it. Engineering was sent out to check on the AC and they said the horrible noises were “normal.” Not sure I’ll be coming back.

We've been here several times now, and this was probably the best time we've had. Adrian from the parking service and bell hop did a great job providing service
