Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas

The room was not vacuumed, the bathroom was very dirty around the edges, and countertops had marks on them. The dishes at the breakfast buffet (specifically the glass cups for the yogurt) were all dirty or stained or had marks on them. The food at the breakfast buffet was horrible - one chef making scrambled eggs with a long line, food in the buffet dishes looked like sludge, and the options were sad. For the price we paid, I was quite unimpressed by the attention to detail. I also felt bad for the staff as it appeared they were understaffed everywhere. It took them almost an hour to get a toothbrush delivered to our room.

Everything is amazing. The only thing i didn't like was the pool chairs. They are hard to get out of. The colorful ones are way easier to get out because of the arm rest! But other then the one thing, we love this place. I tell all my friend with kids to go to the amazing place.

The room was nice. The property was basic. The pool area was so crowded. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to use the pool. This made for a very crowded pool area and many people there just to drink.

Hotel was nice. Family friendly, a little overpriced. Had a good time overall.

I was offered a “free upgrade” for a smaller room w a queen bed and a bunk bed ..instead of a 2 queen beds. The front desk made me wait 20 min at the front desk to get a room key and they were late delivering the type of room that I prepaid for. Be careful of them conning you into a “better” room that is actually far worse!!

Didnt like that you had to pay for parking even though we were staying at the resort.

This is my second time staying here and I love it. I just want to make a recommendation about the cleanliness of the room because there were some dusty things.

Beautiful place to stay with the family

Decided on this location for a family trip with the kids and it did not disappoint - my kids had the time of their lives! Us adults also enjoyed our time. The hotel itself is beautiful. I really appreciated the attention to details throughout, and even noticed the attentiveness of the staff to maintain and keep everything clean and neat. The room was a wonderful size, with perfect for a family. The bathroom was large with a shower and tub, there was a fridge and mini bar, and also a balcony. The icing on the cake was the automated lights under the bed that would come on as you walk by….a thoughtful touch. I love all of the pool options available, for children and adults. The lazy river is wonderful….we literally spent a whole day in and out of there. They also have a nice water slide. The food and drinks by the pool were delicious! We ate a one restaurant inside the hotel (Carmocha), and honestly….it was ok. Nothing to brag about. The fried chicken was the best thing in my opinion, LOL. Would def recommend this hotel for family trips and would definitely stay here again. 5/5
