Loved the location, the lobby is beautiful and the room was spacious. Also loved it had a fridge in the room. Very very comfortable. The TV had great options - was able to watch the Knicks win!

The room shower flooded the bathroom every morning. The water in both sinks would never go down so I has to take the blocker out. For as expensive as this hotel is, these problems should be fixed. The staff seemed so unapproachable. I would smiled and say "Buenas dias" and no one would even acknowledge anything. Staff spoke to me when I check in, checked out and that was it. I didn't feel like I could ask any questions while I was there.
