La atención del personal y la ubicación puntos fuertes. También se ve todo muy limpio

En algunos aspectos se ve algo añejo. Pero eso no resta funcionalidad ni confort. Lo que sí me pareció es que es muy caro para el tipo y clase de establecimiento.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado.

Reservamos una habitación con cama doble y al llegar al hotel, llegamos muy tarde ya que veníamos en coche de Valencia, nos dieron una habitación con camas individuales, justificándose que no les quedaban del tipo que nosotros habíamos contratado, pero que la habitación nueva era de gama superior (pero con dos camas individuales…) Esto se lo comuniqué a la persona de recepción que nos atendió a nuestra llegada, me dijo que él no podía hacer nada, que hablase con su compañero al día siguiente, y al día siguiente cuando voy a hablar con el compañero, tampoco había nadie que pudiera atendernos…
